Triple Berry Smoothie: Easy, Healthy & Protein-Packed

There’s a good chance my love of smoothies comes from my dad. He used to make them all the time—frothy, packed with protein, and (unfortunately) blended with raw eggs.

Thankfully, I’ve left the raw eggs behind, but I still love a good smoothie. The best part? You can enjoy them all year long! With frozen fruit, there’s no need to wait for peak season produce—just grab your blender and get sipping.

This triple berry smoothie is one of my absolute favorites. It uses a frozen berry blend of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, creating the perfect mix of tart and sweet.

Smoothies are also endlessly customizable, but they all start with the same simple base: ¾ cup of frozen fruit (not including banana), half to one whole frozen banana, one cup of milk, and then your add-ins. Trust me—the frozen banana is the secret to making it extra creamy and naturally sweet.

This combo gives you a thick, creamy, and nutrient-packed smoothie. If you prefer a thinner consistency, just add more milk.

When it comes to add-ins, I like to keep things simple with chia seeds, protein powder, and powdered peanut butter. But there are so many options to make this smoothie your own. Try flaxseeds, Greek yogurt, collagen powder, hemp seeds, or even a drizzle of honey. The possibilities are endless!
